The fragrant anchovies added a crunchy element to the vadai. These ikan bilis are dried and fried in-house and deserve a try! 🐟

The most unique item is their quail egg vadai. Instead of the usual disc shape, the fried dough envelops the quail egg and since I didn't know what it was before tearing it apart, it did feel like opening a kinder joy egg 🤣

Jokes aside, this is actually quite an interesting flavour that is not offered even in many vadai specialised shops. The innovative creation is the brainchild of the owner, made specially for catering towards the younger audience.

Deep fried to a golden brown exterior, the prawn vadai is a signature item on the menu. Made with fresh prawns, it is packed with umami from the crustacean juices 🦐
