It’s been so long that I forgot the price of this plate of pad Thai. I believe it was less than RM 10. It’s the simplest plate yet satisfying. I opted for no vegetables so it’s a little boring. But it’s definitely my go-to place whenever I want a simple & cheap plate of pad Thai.

The constantly jam-packed Mr. Tuk Tuk is hard to miss with its incessant queues and a bustling dining environment. One look at the menu's less-than-RM10 prices and I was sold. The Mango Sticky Rice (RM7.80) conveniently served in a plastic container, saw the richness of coconut milk seep into the flattened layer of sticky rice with cut mango on the side. Have it to go, if you're one who prefers to sit out the crowd.

Refreshing salad with a spicy kick.

Mr Tuk Tuk serves Thai street food at affordable price in a comfortable setting. Choose from the ala carte menu (RM8.80-RM12.80), Thai special platter (RM23.80) or the set menu (RM17.80). I would recommend the set menu as you get to try a couple of different items or the platter for sharing.

Stir fry rice noodle with squid, prawns and egg. It wasn't amazing, but for good enough for the price.

I wanted to try this place out for the longest time but never has the time! So i decided to squeeze in to try out this place during lunch time! I ordered the green curry beef dish (RM11.80) and had to order a bowl of extra rice (RM1.90). Unfortunately, the dish was such a let down :( not a hint of spiciness and the coconut cream overpowered the green curry. The meat had more fat portions than the actual meat itself. Needless to say, i dont think i will be visiting this place again, but if you're in for the gimmick, give them a try but don't expect the taste to be up to the usual thai food that you would die for ;(
