my all time favourite (back to the basics!) HAHAHA the ice cream is really good and waffles isnt soft (usually soft waffle creeps me out) and i will recommend the cheesecake lover flavour, a must eat whenever i go to ssc!! 😍😍

Literally a brownie and a scoop of ice cream. Simple, classic dessert compared to the all the eye-catching stuff out there now, but delicious nonetheless. The brownie is fudgey and chewy with a slightly crispy exterior. It is not like those cheap, cakey brownies and that alone is already a plus point. The ice cream was cheesecake flavoured with a little bit of blueberry swirl. Creamy and sweet, yet distinctly cheesecake-ish. It went really well with the brownie which tasted rich and chocolatey. Worth trying if you happen to be in the Sembawang area! Cost $7

Creamy and smooth it might be, but the refreshing flavours of coconut makes this a very delightful treat on a hot day; its like having a sweet version of coconut juice with added milkiness!

Gotten the Snow White chocolate & wow banana which is pretty good! Just that the brownie is alittle but too sweet! Shall try the waffle and the durian cheesecake someday!

From Mootime at Victory8 right opposite Sembawang Shopping Centre. Happy Horlicks ice-cream was thick, creamy and sticky with a strong sweet malty taste. Waffles were disappointing; crisp but dense, thick and dry. Became a bit limp after a while and had a weird taste at the end.

Mootime is a new ice cream parlour, merely just 5 days old on the day of visit! The Brownie with Gula Gao Gao Melaka ice cream ($7; $3.50 for Brownie and $3.50 per scoop of ice cream) is refreshing in this hot weather but taste wise it's otherwise. The Brownie is, despite being heated up, too hard to cut into. The taste is great and it is not too crumbly. The Gula Gao Gao Melaka ice cream has a strong taste of Gula Melaka and is sweet but melted too easily.
