Had the Curry Ramen with prawn ($16.90). Affordable with the fried prawn which is big and generous. Worth it
Who would have thought of having desserts @MonsterCurry.sg?
Recommended by my Dajie 大姐 @Grace.Teoi, we headed to Monster Curry for desserts straight after our steamboat dinner, as I was craving for some sweet treats. 😋
Cubes of sweet, crunchy toast and scoop of luxurious Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream accompanied with whipped cream, strawberries and blueberries was too tempting to resist. I ended up ordering 2 plates to satiate my cravings.
Thankful for the precious bonding time with my colleagues over food during the year-end holidays. 🫶🏻

Ordered the Mountain Monster Curry ($26.80) and the portion is huge. Everything is humongous and delicious. Good for sharing with 2 pax or 3 pax for small eaters. Even their one portion is very filling.
Pork katsu curry ($14) with omelette ($3) and i'm full to death 🐷
Just add rice (1.75) and this can feed 2 people 👯👯👯
Have actually wanted to try Monster Curry for the longest time! Ordered a katsu set and a fish set for the lunch special, which came with a bowl of mushroom soup, a glass of iced lemon tea, and a really tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream.
The curry was actually very delicious, very sweet, though a bit too salty. But well balanced with the rice. The curry itself actually isn't spicy and the spiciness comes from the chilli sauce drawn in hearts on the curry. The chilli actually tasted somewhat like chicken rice chilli to me hmm. The pork and fish were also very substantial and juicy not like flimsy food court versions.
Serving is super big though. Enough for two meals. But well worth the price. The lunch special price came up to $16.25 after GST and service charge.
Looks impressive but tastes so so. Doesn't have the kick of a proper shibuya toast dessert because of the toast. At least it isn't soggy. Interesting to see a curry shop doing such elaborate desserts though.
