oysters were from elsewhere at The Grandstand though) & yummy Baby Back Ribs! A gem we chanced upon & will return again to try other dishes. Oh, the restaurant has a zakka store within that sells local retro vintage goods. 😊
Rather tasty. Perhaps too tasty - imagine beef hor fun made using truffle rather than black bean. Not sure if I like it, but certainly flavourful! $26
A lot of sauce which made it to sweet. But the ribs cooked nicely!
You have to eat it fast or else the bun gets too soggy.
A little overdone, so it was a little dry. Nice flavor though.
Needed a little more wasabi sauce, but freshly made and nice!
