Talking about Thailand, MK restaurant have become a "must eat" place for foodies! Tender pork slices, boiled in clear soup, with the combination of the signature "MK" sauce, it is a feeling of heavenly taste.
Not attentive service and it's not even busy, considering its in a quieter part in Westgate, served us with a "you owe me a million-dollar" face. [MK Shabu Platter S$49.90++] - comes with vege platter & 2 jade noodles.
BBQ pork set. Welcome lunch.
My impression of MK Restaurants really went down today. This small bowl of dessert (compare to size of spoon) costs $5. And it's also the same size as the dessert of the day of the lunch set meal.
First meal of 2014 with dad and mum. The steamboat here is exorbitant. Servings are very small and overpriced. Long wait time between dishes. Only thing I can rave about is their chilli sauce which the staff stressed was specially imported and unique.
Dessert of the day was red ruby. The flour layer was thin which allowed the chestnut to dominate.
