The dish looks tempting when it is served, with shiny cha siew slice. Taukeh did the noodle themselves, it is not to the extent of "弹牙" but it is quite nice. They are rather special topping the noodle with cabbage instead of sawi. Overall it is good if you are a fans of not so salty food.
