I’ve tried some of its competitor’s black sesame paste and I’ve to say they have the best version so far.
Smooth, thick, flavourful and could really taste the black sesame with the right amount of sweetness.
This is definitely my go to for black sesame paste.
Felt that it was a bit diluted as walnut taste wasn’t as strong as I though it would be. It was really smooth despite the lack of taste. Might try peanut paste the next time.
One of my favourite Chinese dessert. This wasn’t too sweet and it was quite flavourful and thick. The portion was alright for the price.
Guess I’m not into walnut. Walnut was fragrant but not my kind of dessert as it gets jelat halfway through.
This was quite underwhelming to be honest. I couldn’t really taste that much of the lychee, and the mango pieces were really sour!! Nonetheless, I liked the mango snow ice and the texture of their snow ice. I probably wouldn’t order this again though! :(
I’ve always been a fan of Mei Heong Yuen’s snow ice! I love their generous portions and variety of flavours. This time, I tried their strawberry snow ice, which was nice but nothing too special. I did like that it didn’t taste very artificial!
