Eggs Benny on steroids but makes for a wonderful brunch. Everything about this was so good. The viscosity of the yolk was perfect.
This was only possible because the Glacier Hike was cancelled again due to the weather. But we'll just have to make lemonade from the lemons thrown out way.
Matheson Café is a gem with great views of the Southern Alps and reasonably priced, well plated, good food.
