Pork Katsu Curry ($9.80)

Pork katsu is fresh and crisp, best part is that it’s not oily at all. Curry sauce is creamy and not even watery, so it’s easy to mix the rice with the sauce and not feel queasy after cleaning up the whole plate. The rice on the other hand is slightly on the dry side, it can be just a bit softer tho.

hmmm pork katsu really got good quality in terms of crispy and crunchy tbh compared to town area. but rice just need to improve the standard as I felt dry like not much in water after eating it. The tonkatsu and mustard sauce I felt that they ownself self made from scratch tbh instead of instant package.
