Maru Mochi (Bugis Junction)

($3.20) I felt that mochi was quite chewy and not that hard but not much taste. Do consume it when it's served in hot. The taste for matcha filling was weird and meh. It was not that nice tbh as it was quite milky and creamy.

- Reminded of nutella, chocolatey with hints of nuttiness yet not too sweet when paired with the mochi 🍫

- Very creamy and smooth, melting in the mouth into sweet earthiness 🍠
- Not artificial tasting, would be better if there were bits to bite into for textural contrast!

- So fragrant and nutty with slight graininess that added texture to the soft mochi, definitely my fav 💕
- More intense than Mr Bean’s black sesame pancake, paste was thick and flowy!

Having @marumochisg purple sweet potato , yam and red bean. (3 for $8.50 for their mochi obanyaki).Soft , stretchy and delicious 🤩🤩
