The Mapo Tofu here were more sweet than they were spicy, though still pleasantly tasty. Imagine it'd go well with a bowl of rice but was too full by the end of the meal to stomach any more carbs.

Had both the Snow Bun and Black Pepper Bun and the latter won hands down, with its peppery kick and brittle crust.
