And boy am I glad I did it. The noodles are crinkly and al dente. The meat is forgettable but the meat sauce and the noodles comes together so well. If you like your "lor neng/ nui" (spy braised egg) to be well flavored, they've probably stewed these eggs for "7 x 7 = 49 days"!
