buttery soft brioche bun with a crispy exterior, filled with juicy chunks of lobster slathered in a light and tangy dressing.

ordered this dish with a side of cajun fries & we had no regrets - you had the option of normal fries, sweet potato or truffle fries (at +$1 each for these two flavours). coleslaw was done well, great pairing to cut through the fries.

10/10 dish, would come back here again just for this. we used the 30% off total food bill here, and the total of this dish came up to $49.52 after discount + 10% service charge + 9% gst

fresh hot shoestring fries that are perfectly salted. scented with truffle oil, served with a small mountain of finely grated pecarino romano on it.

this was the first dish presented to us, and it was an Absolute appetiser. we couldn't stop reaching for this. it's so difficult to find freshly made and perfectly seasoned truffle fries these days, and this checked all of the boxes for what i would want in a bowl of truffle fries.

not part of our burpple deals, but so good that it deserves a mention on it's own.

my favourites dish of the night! everything about this dish was well-executed. chicken was deep fried with a crispy (but not oily) crust, with the perfect amount of cheese melted on, and the tanginess from the tomato sauce slathered onto the juicy meat. paired with well-salted fries and a side salad - an absolute winner!

a decent plate of pasta that does what it's supposed to do. pasta was al dente and remained it's shape without being too mushy being coated with the beef sauce.

as someone who doesn't take to beef well, i found this palatable! wished they gave more cheese on the pasta! overall a good eat 🥰
