1st time trying turtle soup in sg. this was the highly rated restaurant on googlenso we decided to give it a try. And it certainly didnt let us down.

the turtle soup was herbalicious, and tender as well. we also ordered the chicken cordyceps soup, and the portion is quite alot!

the sides were damn good. If you're teochew, you will really like the omelette and prawn roll.

we had the opportunity to dine in at Miraku, a brand we heard often from our friends and family.

the course meal was nothing but amazing. i love the part where they introduced the origins of each dish before serving to us. we get to learn alot on the seasonality of each ingredient.

and of course, the taste was fantastic.

lobster linguine tasted very similar to chilli crab and we loved it. taste even better with the chewy linguine.

cocktails here are super fanciful. got to write our own wishes as well. you can choose to customise your cocktails to your own liking too.

Enjoyed our dinner over at FI! Ordered their specialty drinks and their Moo Ping was damn good! Fall off tbe ribs tender and flavourful ;)

The BBQ pork sets are really tasty and flavourful! the staff did a really good job grilling the meat.

ordered half fried chicken as well. its really really juicy and succulent.

ordered soybean stew- abit spicy but the flavour is rich.

1 downside is that the location is too far from Tanjong Pagar mrt, by the time you reached there, you will be sweating.

Broth is very GAO and umami, keeps you going back for more.
The claypot hokkien mee is another Must Try menu!
One of the top few prawn noodles i"ve tried in SG.
Will be great if its served in an air-conditioned environment as it is a little hot.

Memory Trove gift set:
1. Hokkien dumplings with salted egg: a very well wrapped, tight dumpling. Filling is nice and flavourful with alot of meat!
2. Nonya Dumpling: also as tasty!
3. Kueh salat: sinful but one of the best i've ever tasted in my life! ;)

Great place to dine if u like beef noodles. springy noodles, beef cuts are tender and flavourful. drinks are very good too. beef tendon abit too mushy for me but ths rest is really good and tasty.

Great omakase experience! The service staff is very friendly and was attentive. Chef is friendy and was helpful in explaining some of the ingredients used in the food. Great experience.
