Throwback post - My first time having Shio Ramen. Tried Wanton Chasu Shio Ramen. Admittedly, I like the prawn wanton but find the broth so-so. I am more intrigued by the Capacino Ramen ordered by my colleague (not in this photo)

Throwback post - Lovely bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen during lunch. Not sure if I luck out or that is the normal portion, this solo piece of chashu is thick while broth is rice yet not so salty. Easily finish the whole bowl, so shiok ššš
Not sure why but seaweed come crumpled though š š š
