Spanish Food

The waffles is super crispy and fluffy, can disintegrate quite easily though.

Both ice cream flavours were thick, creamy and doesn't melt easily. Not a fan of Dark Choc but this was not too bitter nor sour, with a very light tinge of French Rose. Creamy Vanilla with sweet kumquat, very lightly sourish. Overall, I think they were delicious.

For starters, we absolutely loved the 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗶𝗹. It was a little spreading light sweet cheese spread on crackers, very delightful.

Burnt and mushy. Not sure if that was what they were going for but definitely not yummy. Didn't finish it.

Visited during lunch. You can 𝗮𝗱𝗱 $𝟱++ 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 (𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲/𝘁𝗲𝗮) from their lunch set.

Hmm the cheesecake comes with a scoop of raspberry gelato. It's not bad, I would say the cheesecake style is similar to Olivia's (not a fan).

We also added on Croquettes. The server kindly told us that we can mix the flavours so it was 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲. Both were good, crispy, fluffy and not too oily. But the filling within was a little too light on the palate. Overall decent but fail to impress.

$32++ per pax for a 2 course Spanish lunch set @kulto.sg on a weekday.

For the mains, 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮. Only got the seafood one so I can only speak for the seafood version. The sauce is very umami and the paella texture was perfect, not too dry nor mushy. The only issue is the serving portion. So thin!
It's absolutely delicious la, but ngl the portion ruins the whole experience.
