Curry Puff εε©θ§ π₯
These puffs are seriously packed with generous fillings wrapped in golden, flaky pastry for a hearty, flavourful bite.
The original curry puff is comforting and rich, with fragrant curry potatoes, tender shredded chicken and egg bursting through every bite.
The sardine puff delivers a bold, savoury punch with its mildly spicy sardine filling, all tucked into that same buttery crust.
Filling, flavourful and downright satisfying. Perfect for a quick, tasty snack γ$2 Each
This triangle curry puff is packed with lots of curried potatoes, making it extra hearty and satisfying! The flaky pastry combined with the flavourful filling is a winning combo every time γ$2
This place makes very crispy and flaky puffs stuffed with a generous amount of fillings. The puff comes in four flavours - Curry, Sardine, Black Pepper and Yam Paste. The puffs come with a beautiful golden brown colour and they are not very oily. The yam paste puff was good and creamy while the curry puff was mild in flavour but was filled with chunks of chicken and potatoes. Although there isnβt a queue, there was a waiting time of 45mins when we placed our order so do place your orders beforehand if you are planning to have a meal at the hawker.
Crispy Curry / Yam Paste Puff γ$1.40 Each
Buttery and crispy exterior filled with rendang chicken, potato and egg inside the puff. They are quite generous with the fillings (esp. potato) with the right amount of spiciness while keeping the pastry light and flaky. This is definitely a hidden gem located in a corner of Sengkang selling freshly baked pastries from the oven γ$1.80/pc (Buy 4 Free 1)
The curry chicken puff is filled with potato cubes, mildly spicy curry chicken and a quarter hard-boiled egg while the otah puff is filled with lots of fish otah paste. The buttery pastry skin used on theirΒ puffs is thin, flaky, crispy and generously filled with ingredients that result in a nice crunchΒ to every bite. I preferred the curry chicken over otah puff for its rich and savoury fillings that complemented the puff pastry.

I thought this was quite nice on itβs own without linking it to Nasi Lemak as it doesnβt contain lemak (coconut) in itβs list of ingredients.

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
