🍉Watermelon Snow Ice ($18.30)
When we were served this, we thought that this was a cake at first :p but nope its actually bingsu! Love the cute and unique presentation and the flavours definitely hit the spot too. The watermelon flavours are pretty prominent and the dessert as a whole isnt too sweet.

💙Blue Pea Vanilla
This flavour is unique in the sense that it has a slightly salty aftertaste that is easy to miss. The vanilla isn’t very strong and its one of the sweetest flavours, but not bad for those who prefer the classics.

🍠Ube
This had the iciest texture of all the flavours, but was really earthy and natural tasting. Certainly a hit if you’re a fan of yam!

🍰Blueberry Cheesecake
Though the cheesecake taste isnt super strong, it was super creamy and really good with a sweet blueberry swirl and pieces of graham.

🍯Caramel Butter Crumble
One of my favs, its super creamy with specks of caramel cookies.

🌹Lychee Rose
The lychee rose is fragrant and floral, really light on the palate yet refreshing and delicious.

☕️Earl Grey Lavender
I could taste both the earl grey and lavender elements, and the deep earthy tones are evident. Really great for tea lovers.

🍫Belgian Chocolate
Super creamy with a rich cocoa taste, this gelato tastes exactly like the regular kinds! It’s a bit airier and softer but doesn’t hold back in delivering a strong chocolatey taste.

💚Pistachio
Pistachio fans won’t be disappointed as this gelato is nutty and full of pistachio flavour. Was def impressed by this.

🌰Nuts About Ferrero
Probably my favourite, there are bits of ferrero chunks inside and the ice cream itself is creamy with a hazelnut taste.

🍦Yuzu Ice Cream ($8)
The consistency is a little more icy than regular ice cream, kinda like sorbet. The yuzu taste is strong and it's pretty refreshing and citrusy.

🍦Gelato ($5/$6) (7.6/10)
We tried Vanilla, Milo and a premium Pistachio flavour. I liked the strong nuttiness of the pistachio, the milo had a malty and slight cocoa taste while the vanilla was a lot lighter and not very sweet.

🍨 Very Berry Bingsu

💰 $I dont remember but it was pretty dang ex

Tbh ive never understood the hype with bingsu because personally I've always felt indifferent about ice kacang and I always assumed that bingsu was like a glorified version of ice kacang. Well I finally tried it one say and holy hell its GOOD.

This is def NOT like ice kacang, the ice flakes are super smooth and melt in the mouth. This basically tasted like vanilla soft serve because of how light and creamy it was. The strawberries were lovely too, this was like a nice ass dessert.

☕ Affogato ($7) (8/10)
I'm not a coffee drinker but I enjoyed this affogato. The coffee aspect is really strong which is great for caffeine lovers. The large scoop of vanilla gelato sweetens the coffee and adds a milkier taste to it such that you can still enjoy the coffee aroma together with the sweet gelato.

🧇 Chocolate Waffle ($6) (8/10)
The waffle is thick and generous with a more cake-like texture and a light cocoa taste. It's crispy and acts as a lovely base for the gelato given how it's not too sweet on its own. I think the chocolate aspect can be upped a bit as the cocoa taste is very faint but aside from that, a very solid waffle!

🍦Double Scoop Gelato ($7.80) (8.6/10)
I got Milo Dinosaur with Marshmallows and Speculoos, and I think these are some of the biggest scoops of gelato I've ever gotten! Theyre super generous with the portion. The Milo Dinosaur one had a nice malty, chocolatey flavour and the mini marshmallows were a real treat as each of them had little bits of chocolate powder in them too. The speculoos was fragrant with that familiar spiced biscuit taste and a bit of a graham biscuit-like undertone. The gelato is pretty sweet so this and the waffle dish are great for sharing!

☕ Sea Salt Mocha Cookie (9.4/10)
This cookie is really fragrant and delicious! It's crispy on the outside and really soft on the inside. Mouthfeel is kinda sandy, if that makes sense? But in a really good way. However it's a bit fragile so I struggled to transfer it from my oven rack to a plate, it broke both times. Anyways the mocha filling has a nice rich chocolate taste! The coffee taste isnt too strong, which I like cuz I'm not a coffee drinker. So good!

🥛 Classic Earl Grey Cookie (9.2/10)
The earl grey filling is really sweet! Really good but I think the sweetness can be toned down a bit, especially since this is usually served with ice cream. Still delicious like the mocha one!

🍦Speculoos Ice Cream (9/10)
This definitely tastes different from regular ol' Biscoff! It has a bit of a spiced taste to it while still retaining that classic speculoos fragrance and sweetness.

🌰 Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream (9/10)
This is pretty sweet! There's a nice hazelnut taste and little bits of wafer pieces inside. I think I'd like if there were more chunks of wafer and hazelnuts inside, but really good!

The ice cream has a really nice, strong matcha taste. The chiffon cake is supposedly also matcha but I can't really taste it tbh cuz of how overpowering the ice cream matcha taste is. It's really dry as well :/ I suppose letting it soak in the ice cream softens it up a bit but I wouldn't recommend getting the cake on it's own. The red bean is those natural ground kinds and adds some sweetness to the parfait, and the cornflakes add crunch! However I dont really find this worth the price because cornflakes are cheap and the cake is too dry, only the ice cream is a real standout.

The warabimochi is so soft and springy and I LOVE IT. I definitely want more! Both flavours (matcha and kinako kokuto) were delicious but I especially liked the kinako because of the nutty fragrance. It's a little sweet and I just looove the qq texture!! My friend tried it too though and she didnt like it so it could come down to personal preference.

Overall really nice but super expensive HAHAHA only treated myself cuz I have vouchers but if you wanna indulge in some good Japanese ice cream and your wallet isn't crying at the moment, this is a good place to visit!

🍦 Hojicha parfait (8/10)
The hojicha chiffon parfait is basically the same as the matcha one I had, just that the ice cream is hojicha. The hojicha taste is really strong and fragrant too! Perfect for tea lovers. However I find it a bit overpriced. Cornflakes are relatively cheap and the chiffon cake is really dry so other than the ice cream itself, there's not much about this that is super wow. Still good though!

🍦 Shiratama Parfait (7/10)
As for the shiratama parfait, it comes with ice cream (I chose vanilla), about 5 balls of shiratama, red bean, and some kind of agar agar jelly? The vanilla ice cream is reeeeally good. It's super milky and fragrant! Definitely way better than regular vanilla ice cream. I didn't really know what shiratama was and was expecting something mochi-like, but to my surprise, it's actually like tang yuan without any filling. Uhhh tang yuan with ice cream is a weird combo imo 😂 didn't really like it since I prefer tang yuan with fillings. There was also some cubes of agar agar jelly (idk the real name but that's what it tasted like), those pretty firm, springy and non-chewy types. Didn't like it together with ice cream, honestly. Felt a bit jelak after eating and found it hard to finish. I wouldn't get this combo again personally but I think others might like it!

Overall, Tsujiri has really good ice cream and warabimochi! I find it a bit pricey unfortunately, but its a good place to visit for some quality ice cream!
