Order the Ajitama Uma ramen. Broth was rich and flavorful. The ramen came with a piece of chashu, bamboo shoots and a egg. Portion was good and reasonably priced.
Ordered the yakimono platter and frozen sakura lychee beer to try. Frozen beer was refreshing, however the food turned cold upon serving. The portion of the platter was good for sharing between 3-4 pax and it would have tasted better if it had not turned cold so fast.
Had the burpple beyond set. It was value for money as it came with a karage, oyster, prawn tempura, pork loin tonkatsu, rice and refillable soup. Tonkatsu was flavourful and it was not oily.
Curry was aromatic with oven baked hamburger steak which was tender. Fried shallot and pickles was also served alongside the rice. Overall, was a enjoyable meal.
Tried the highly raved fat cow donburi with melt in your mouth wagyu. Truffle shoyu enhanced the taste of the rice and the onsen egg was perfect.
Short rib was on the salty side but the ambience and customer service made up for it. Booking time is around 1 month to get a seat. Tried the weekend set lunch and is around $80 plus which comes with a salad, appetizer, main and dessert.
