This is the La Mian with Prawn & Pork Dumplings in Hot Chili Vinaigrette, which is the most satisfying bowl of dumplings and noodles in my opinion.

The vinaigrette is so tasty and the perfect balance of spicy and sour, it comes with these fried garlic chips on top, the la mian is super QQ, and the dumplings are great. They do these dumplings in the same vinaigrette as a dish on its own, which is a great alternative if you don’t want to have la mian (but why wouldn’t you when it’s this yummy!).

I find that Paradise Dynasty does exceptionally good poached dumplings, they have another dish called Poached Vegetable & Pork Dumplings, which is literally bursting with flavour! They are so juicy and they don’t skimp on the filling! These go well dipped in some vinegar with ginger as they don’t have a vinaigrette on top.

It’s a great restaurant to come to for dumplings of all kinds and la mian. I also find that their Covid-19 protocols are quite good, they give you one packet of wipes for your hands and another one for your cutlery, as well as serving utensils on the side. They also make sure to squeeze some hand sanitiser on your hands before you enter the restaurant.
