Fusing sexy modernity with traditional Chinese flavours, these 藝 yì by Jereme Leung 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑮𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝑬𝒈𝒈 𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑩𝒖𝒏𝒔 are truly a feast for the eyes. 😍♥️♥️

While the buns were delicious, I wouldn't say that they tasted extraordinarily mind-blowing compared to other 流沙包 in other establishments... If only the skin were thinner compared to the ratio of custard fillings, and the custard more flowy for a more impactful visual treat. 🤭 Cos you know...Yolk porn FTW~ 😝💛💛💛

@haitienlo is well-known for its fine Chinese cuisine, but honestly, I'm not quite convinced that a bowl of
𝑫𝒐𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒆-𝒃𝒐𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑴𝒂𝒘 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑩𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒐 𝑷𝒊𝒕𝒉🎋 𝒊𝒏 𝑭𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉 (竹笙花胶鱼骨汤 ) is worth $68/pax... I can't wrap my head around why the fish maw soup costs way more than the 𝑷𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅 𝑳𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑭𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉 (鱼骨汤干贝蒟蒻灼龙虾球) 🦞, which also costs a substantial $38/pax??? 🤔💵

Don't get me wrong, I recognise the time it takes to double boil a good bowl of nourishing fish bone broth 🐟, and I relished every sip of that light, yet flavourful goodness. But honestly, with only a few pieces of fish maw and lobster pieces in each bowl, I think the money would have been better spent on a whole lobster (tail) slathered in butter lol... 😂😂

Coming from a Cantonese point of view, there are so many soups that contain the same amount of goodness, at a fraction of the price compared to here. So while the food at 海天楼 is undoubtedly delicious, I generally don't think the food is worth the prices here. Sorry Pan Pac... I really wanted to love this place, but it's just an 𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺 for me. 🙃
