Jekyll and Hyde is hands down my favourite bar in Singapore. I always enjoy their unique concoctions and interesting flavors. They have since changed their menu and I’m in love with their clarified P&C Cocktail ($22++)

Got their signature watermelon cocktail ($22) as well as their monthly special. Both tasted really fruity and fresh but are definitely on the milder side in terms of alcoholic content. The view however was spectacular and I would recommend people to at least visit Mr Stork once for the experience.
