canโt go to tapas club without having their paella! this squid ink paella was no doubt RICH in flavours and full of umami. the dollops of garlic aoili also added a touch of creaminess when mixed it, making it super satisfying! however, it lacked the soccarat that a good paella should have and i wished they were more generous with the squid too
i love my vegetables and even more so when itโs deep fried ๐คช coated in a thin layer of crisp batter, it contrasts the soft eggplant within. the chips were lightly salted and flavourful enough on its own, but dipping it in the honey created an amazing sweet-savoury combo that we really enjoyed
was the highlight of our meal there! prawns were succulent and juicy but the best part is the SAUCE. so amazingly flavourful, we mopped up every drop with the toasted bread sticks ๐๐ป
