Dumplings🥟
We usually dip gyoza in soy sauce and vinegar🥟🥟, but I really liked that the 𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐈 𝐆𝐘𝐎𝐙𝐀 ($𝟔.𝟗𝟎 - 𝟔𝐩𝐜) came with the sweet sauce that is commonly glazed over unagi instead! It brings the flavour out more🤭
I also got to try the ✨new✨ 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈 𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐁 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐎 ($𝟏𝟏.𝟗𝟎) which consisted of 3 juicyyy Original Gyoza and rice doused in a generous amount of chilli crab🦀 The sauce was SPICY🔥 and doesn’t have that odd tomato sweetness that a lot of places have👍🏼
skin a bit thick but i really liked the juicy filling!
steamed red bean xiao long bao with chocolate ($10/6pc)
choc is rlly good doesn’t taste cheap and the red bean is pure and grounded. a must try👍🏼

so happy to see the impossible momo dumplings at the circular rd (it used to only be avail at amoy) outlet!
it tastes veryyy similar to Old Chang Kee curry puff😂 not that i’m complaining tho because i love both!
pancake was veryyyy starchy and dumpling skin was super thick.
we thought the dumplings would have some sort of sauce (maybe chilli oil) but it was served ice cold and dry. may not return :(

DRY WANTAN MEE - S ($4.50)
Very interesting take on the wanton mee I’m familiar with! No black sauce involved, just springy noodles🍝 & silky boiled wantons, though the latter’s skin could have been thicker as it tore apart too easily.
FRIED WANTAN - S ($3.50)
For those who prefer skin>meat! Was veryy crispy but also very oily so sharing is a good idea.
The cold honey ice cream with the warm poached pear was a literal match made in heaven😇 However, it probably could do w/o the honey as both of them were already sweet on their own.
Got this so we could try all the flavours (except spicy sichuan) BUT if you intend to get them individually, I’d suggest going for the more unconventional ones!
Original - tasty, but pretty ordinary
Smoked Duck - not gamey & seasoned well
Prawn & Crab - quite spicy but soo flavourful this might be my fav 🤍
Veggie - wasn’t your basic chives forest! the addition of tofu & shitake really surprised me
Fried Pierogi - mash potato in nacho cheese🧀 you really can’t hate on this
