Medium rare beef patty was juicy and the super orange egg yolk was runny! Served on soft broiche buns and crispy thin fries! Very enjoyable, savoury and zesty.

Liked the pink tuille cos it added to the texture. Crispy "paper" like on sweet ice cream, cream and biscuit. Server sang a birthday song now that was sweeter.

Every mouth brings a different taste, one sweet, one gamey, tender melt in the mouth fatty portion and charred salty bits.

Hmm beef steak befitting of its’ price point. Not very memorable.
