Out With Friends

Went on a sunday lunch with my family and the service was so slow. We ordered at 2pm and the first dish arrived at 2.40pm. Thereafter, each dish took 5 to 10mins to arrive. Food was decent but honestly the long wait was too much for a non peak hour.

Rich and tasty but quite salty. Better for sharing. Ordered 2 pastas and 2 burgers for 4pax and bill came up to $87 after burpple

Very good value for money. Beware - the pork chop is really bad and tough, but for $10 after burpple i really can't complain. Can give the truffle fries ($6) a miss - it was the thick cut kind and barely had any truffle taste.

We ordered pistachio and horlicks to share and the flavours balanced each other out nicely - would recommend! Added 70cents for pistachio (premium flavour)

Salmon and Hash was delicious! 3 meat pizza was nice but not a must-try for me. Overall, enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

The seabass on a bed of mashed potatoes was tender and tasted good. Shared pizza with friends and it was a great deal with burpple.

Laksa was rich and tasty. Fish & chips was average (kind of like the fish fillets at ntuc that i can throw in the toaster to bake.. haha). Great place for the views though! Came on a weekday and it was very nice to chill at

We had 2 mixed grills and added sweet potato fries ($5) + 2 glasses of water (refillable, 50 cents each). Total bill came up to $30 which was great value for two.

Carbonara was nice and the wood fired pepperoni pizza was so huge that we only finished half of it haha. Can give the meatball appetisers ($15) a miss as it was way too salty. Total bill came up to $43 after burple.

Nice and creamy. Duck was soft and portion size just nice.
