Enjoyed the middle eastern flavours here. Very fragrant and meats were tender and juicy.

Portions were a bit small though. But it just means more reasons to order more.

Good to make reservations as it can get crowded on a friday

Ordered the chicken sultani. You'd expect a chicken patty to be dry, but this well flavoured and very juicy. That's not all because there was extra bite in the patty thanks to the whole mushrooms in it, and enhanced with flavour thanks to the melted cheese in it too.

Rice was fragrant basmati rice.

Used burpple 1 for 1, so the food was even tastier 😉

If you’re going to order this, i’d say eat the chicken last because it’ll make everything else pale in comparison

Each chicken thigh was so well marinated, with each bite just bursting with flavour. Not to mention the juiciness of each chicken piece of chicken thigh.and each piece also had a good amount of sear on the side to give it that smoky taste.

Your order will also come with beef kebabs and lamb kebabs, but you’ll forget about them once you eat the chicken.

Moussaka

You’ll often find moussakas in many restaurants to be dripping in oil due to the egg plant, but this was not the case at pistachio. Despite this, there was also enough bite in each egg plant slide. Nice combination with the potatoes to give it a variation in texture.

Lamb chops were good, didnt have the typical lamb smell which scares people off.

The moussaka is topped up with a tomato based sauce, and finished with melted cheese on top. A delight.

Spinach borek ($16++)
Good balance of light fluffy filo pastry outside stuffed with spinach and cheese which compliments each other.
