Moussaka

You’ll often find moussakas in many restaurants to be dripping in oil due to the egg plant, but this was not the case at pistachio. Despite this, there was also enough bite in each egg plant slide. Nice combination with the potatoes to give it a variation in texture.

Lamb chops were good, didnt have the typical lamb smell which scares people off.

The moussaka is topped up with a tomato based sauce, and finished with melted cheese on top. A delight.
