Dinner Parties
Could be a tad spicier cause the dish had the word Picante in it, so my expectations were high haha the scallops were perfectly cooked. This dish took the longest to arrive even when the restaurant wasn't at its full capacity, which was puzzling. If you need something light but filling, you can order this!
Ordered this as an appetiser before our pasta! Well cooked to my liking, but could be seasoned more. The garlic butter that they left melting on the steaklets was a great idea. Reasonably priced for a generous starter dish!
At first you’ll be a little doubtful as to why the Mac & Cheese is served in a pumpkin bowl, but boy IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Look at the cheese! It’s seasoned just perfectly, and you can scrap the pumpkin bits off the shell for added flavour. Huge portion too, definitely good for sharing

The dishes we chose were very dry, we couldn’t finish it halfway through our meal. Spice was just nice, the meat were all seasoned well.
Might try other dishes if we are around the area!

The night we went, it was already decided for us because they ran out of the burrata pizza - I guess we had no choice but to patron Lino again!
Pizza was flavourful and it came with a generous amount of topping. The pasta was a bit dry and the fried egg didn’t seem to go very well with the whole dish.
Expect long waiting time, they are forever full! Quite sad that they changed from 1 for 1 to 20% off total bill, nevertheless try Lino once! You won’t be disappointed!
The lamb shank was the star of our dinner!!! So so so soft and tender and full of taste on a bed of quality mashed cauliflower I was caught by surprise! The lobster linguine was also good, creamy and spicy just like how we like it. Mussels were fresh, but I guess you can get them anywhere - ordered them cause I was craving for it. Ambience was nice too. We didn’t encounter the slow service though cause we went on a weekday night.
Hidden in the nest of Namly Gardens, this place is quite inconvenient by public transport. However the food makes up for it. Ordered the Burrata Pizza, AlFunghi, Carbonara and Seafood Linguine (not pictured) and every dish met our expectations!
Their carbonara was very creamy with a generous portion of bacon but the pasta was a bit tough. The seafood linguine was spicy with generous amount of seafood (scallops prawns and clams!!) but could be a little less saltier. The Burrata Pizza was our favourite with a chunky portion of the Burrata on every slice, it didn’t matter that there were no Parma/meat on it- it was tasty as it is.
Highly recommended for dinner parties and date nights!
Our briyani orders were served piping hot in metal bowls before dumping it onto our banana leaves plates. Very tasty and very authentic - service was good and its value for $ for such a generous serving! The mutton was soft and tender too.
The calamari rings were alright, nothing too ordinary or fancy. The beef carpaccio was salty. Pricy dishes for a restaurant, so best if you use the 1 for 1.
Treated myself with the 1 for 1 (M size) Chicken Hot Pot which comes in different flavours (in picture: Mushroom and Hot & Spicy) you can choose from. The serving for one pot is almost more than enough for 3 people, so having 2 pots was actually an overkill. It wasn’t too salty nor oily, so it was actually quite nice. 👍🏼 Will definitely be back to try their skewers!
Highly recommend the Prawn & Seaweed aglio olio - the portion is quite generous and it’s quite tasty. I also ordered the mushroom truffle pizza - the truffle taste is not overpowering which I liked. Burpple 1 For 1 is only applicable for Asian, Pasta and Pizzas!
A taste of authentic Thai now that we can’t travel over for some wanton mee - ordered the large bowl with the black sauce and it was better than what I had anticipated 👍🏼 the luncheon meat fries was quite tasty too!
