Please note that they claimed that ātheir machine spoilā hence unable to use Burpple. My gut feeling tells me that they just refuse to let us use. I used to enjoy their pizza when they were still at Serangoon Garden. Now after they have moved, everything seems different. Service, flavor, quality of pizza have dropped! Pizza dough was super thin, but still tough and undercooked at the bottom, top was slightly burnt, ingredients used were not fresh, especially the seafood. And just look at the proportion of ingredients vs the pizza dough (so pathetic).
Everything was just so unpleasant, not to mention the fact that we had to pay 2 full-prized pizzas ($18 each) when we have Burpple (just because they refused to let us use !??)
Ps. It wasnāt a PH, just a normal weekday dinner time.
$26 for a small bowl of beef stew soup for āmainsā, I think they should have placed this under starter instead? We waited close to 1hr++ after multiple rounds of chasing to get this bowl of soup(which came lukewarm, mind you) that is served with 2 pieces of cold garlic bread. Our first dish came after 45mins of waiting and ONLY soon after, we were then notified that 2 of our dishes ran out. Subsequently, we spent another 20 mins with lots of back and forth with different waiters telling us different information about our orders.... š bad experience overall with very long waiting time.
