🦐What makes a successful Penang fried kway teow is the wok hei and this make it. Bean sprout, prawn , egg , pork lard with little spicy kway teow, which really pleasant my palette

🍘Hidden in a kopitiam in bukit panjang, the mentai don is pretty decent. The mentaiko that slightly torched and melted on the salmon or chicken katsu, bring the umami taste of the dish.
It can be better if the sauce on the rice to be balanced in a good amount.

🇲🇾Anson Chee Cheong fun which is quite special , taste like Kueh with savory taste that brought by char siew, and maybe mushroom. The are different variation of chee Cheong fun available as well.
