I love the rose sauce a lot as it wasnāt too cloying/creamy. There was also a generous serving of seafood and the noodles were springy & chewy š¤¤
Kimildo Korean BBQ is not like any you find along the nearby clutter of KBBQs...a see through butchery and pork specialist.
The number of ways to to customize your bite made the meal so much fun and explorative. Suggested combinations were terrific, liked how cabbage kimchi took a backseat with various pickled condiments delivering different taste profiles that balanced out the oiliness of the meat.
Could tell why cocaine sauce was named so...thoroughly addictive and a taste bomb.
Favourite combinations were:
1. Cocaine Sauce, Garlic Leaves, Wasabi
2. Spicy Fish Roe, Salt and Seaweed
3. Spicy Fish Roe, Cocaine Sauce and Pickled Lettuce Stem
Went back thrice already!

Have been to the CHIJMES branch twice, and UE square once. So far the CHIJMES experience twice was both positive experiences š
Highly recommend the $89++ buffet set, as it comes with free flow of Japanese Karubi wagyu, which was super juicy, smoky, and tender after the charcoal grill! Please do get the cross cut Karubi, as it was the tenderest out of the selection in our opinion.
Icecream gelatos after the meal was very good as well š¦, especially the matcha flavour.
Price was ~$20++ for half chicken (~8-10 pieces of meat depending on type - boneless, wings, mix). Decent fried chicken with complimentary mustard mayo sauce (?) and pickled radish. We also got the seafood pancake ($25++) which was underwhelming - should have just gotten another basket of fried chickens š service was prompt and great ambience to chill out with friends!
