Bread & Croissant

Classic in-house marinated tender pork loin, definitely satisfying. The egg was runny and not overdone which elevated the whole experience.

Maybe because it was raved about hence I expected it to be better however that wasn’t the case. It was huge, crispy on the outside but does not have the buttery taste on the inside and chocolate filling was not generous as well. The cinnamon sugar definitely added lots of sweetness to it which covers a lot of the croissant taste hence after a while all I tasted was just sugar. Not a place I would return to have croissant.

Was pleasantly surprised at the portion. Even though it looks like any other sandwich I think the effort put into the sandwich to make it a bit nicer is commendable such as having tomato and onions. Tuna could have been more though and cheese could have been melted a bit more.

PB&J bagel. Bagel was dense and they gave more PB&J which made it even better.
Would love for them to come up with more options to go with the bagel such as other spreads.

Think it is definitely a good twist to desserts they offer however this is a little too sweet to my liking as the top of the cruffin has a layer of sugar crystals.
The cruffin was flaky and buttery which was a plus point.
However, the matcha was not as robust as I would like given that their matcha drinks, soft serve and pate choux had generous matcha fillings and was robust in flavour.
Overall still a good addition to what they have.

Traditionally handcrafted minced pork patty, served with egg and cheese.
Honestly, I’m a little puzzled what’s the hype about this sandwich as the patty was extremely thin that most of the time I couldn’t taste it.
If I were to eat it alone, it was definitely well marinated with a hint of sweetness.
Will not specifically come back to have their toasts. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

One of the best bolo bun in Singapore. The crust was extremely crispy and had so much flavour to it while the bun remains soft and fluffy. Add on a luncheon meat and it is savoury.

Crunchy on the outside, every bite balances well with the fluffiness on the inside.
You could even see the layers of bread which was extremely consistent hence you know they truly take pride in what they bake.
The sweetness from icing sugar and baked almonds balances out everything.

Roast beef with mustard and cheese resting between two slices of their toasted homemade bread.
It might seem little in terms of portion but this was definitely further from the truth.
Try it and you will know!

Homemade focaccia with tuna, mayo and cheddar.
Well toasted bread which made the cheese had the melted texture together with their mayo tuna it was good.
