Herbs marinated pluma iberico 300g with 3 mustards

Finely sliced iberico meat cooked over charcoal. I’m a meat person and this was really really good. One of our other favourite iberico dishes is at Porta and this is a good one too. Tender meat yet crispy on the outsides. Amazing!

Slow cooked beef, roasted carrot and turnip with 3 mustards and sour dough bread

This was superb. Went went with their red wine and it just melts in your mouth. It was so tender and wow. we were mind blown! This place is such a rare find. House pour wine at around $15 per glass! Friendly staff would recommend you their wines depending on the food you’ll order. They have such a huge variety of wines of some I haven’t even heard of before!!

Highly recommended. Pls come! Romantic ambience too.

Somehow their beers have a strong hoppy taste.

Tuesdays are their 1 for 1 beer pints but can’t be used together with Burpple Beyond.

I probably wouldn’t order this if not for the 1 for 1 Burpple deal. It isn’t worth 30 bucks for a tough piece of chicken with cheese and ham.

Didn’t enjoy it very much. Felt dry although it was breaded pretty nicely. Fries were normal too.

Beef cubes braised in dark beer sauce, with spätzle egg noodles and topped with sour cream.

This was kinda disappointing as the beef was tough and the sauce was not too fantastic. Same sauce as the one in the sausage pan. Spätzle was surprisingly delicious and sinful Cos I think it was fried!

Consists of 2 small sausages, 1 bratwurst, 1 paulaner signature sausage with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and dark beer sauce

I really like their sauerkraut as it’s less sour than the one at Brotzeit. Seems like there was cheese in the signature (brown) sausage. Yummy! Sauce was nothing too special.
