$26 | Looks pretty huge in photos but it’s actually pretty small in real life. As the rice was pressed tight at the bottom, it’s really overwhelming compared to the amount of sashimi given. Considering the price, it might be better to get the Chirashi Don as the portion is bigger instead of this.

$22 | Unagi Maki is SO worth the price! Only 6 pieces, but the unagi given is thick and soft. I love how it was topped with crispy tempura flakes as it gives a slight crunch to the maki. Definitely must order for sharing!

Stated 10% off for the Bakumori Don on their extended menu for weekdays however, no discount was applied during payment. Misleading.

Love that we can swap out the carbs for healthier choice (eg. Quinoa Brown Rice, Cauliflower Rice) with additional cost. Generous amount of tuna and salmon cubes and onsen egg was perfect! Truffle fries were pretty good too. Overall, a great place to catch up with friends or just to drink after work.

$15++ | Definitely one of the best and most affordable tendon in town. Generous with their portion and served hot! Staffs were very friendly and accommodative to my request to change the prawns to chicken breast as I was allergic.

$17.60 | One of the best chirashi don ever! Sashimi are very fresh and cut in thick cubes. Wasabi wasn’t too overpowering and just nice. Comes with iced tea, miso soup and many side dishes - soba, pickles and cooked salmon with radish and carrots.

Considering the price, it’s very affordable! Do expect queue during the peak hour.

$14 | Finally trying out the tendon here after seeing lots of good reviews! We reached at 5pm sharp so there was no queue at all.

Had a try at the vegetable tendon with multigrain rice and opt-ed for the sauce in a separate plate. Assorted vegetables includes; baby corn, asparagus, lady fingers, eggplant, bell pepper and mushrooms.

Love how all vegetables were fried to crisp and it’s not too oily! Staffs were pretty friendly too and kept refilling our drinks. Will definitely be back again next time to try out the seasonal tendon!

$22.80 | Lunch set comes with an appetiser, salad and miso soup. Generous amount of assorted sashimi. Worth it!
