What can I say, it’s my #1 burger joint in Singapore (as of now); perfect juicy cheeseburgers 😚 Their onion rings are my FAVORITE, a MUST-GET!!! The batter is a 10/10. Wouldn’t say it’s overpriced considering it’s in MBS and for the food quality and service you receive 👍🏻
I have been dreaming of this day since I had this at London’s Burger & Lobster. The lobster in the lobster roll ($40++) was extremely succulent and juicy, topped off with the drool-worthy garlic butter sauce *slurpz*. Fries were crispy (though not hot), and overall ambience was even better than I last remembered. Had the Mayfair ($25++) as well, a good burger - all in all, will come back!
Queued from 5-5.45pm, got the food around 6? Queue was long when I left so lucky me!!!
The current trend right now: shake shack is finally on our land! Queued for about an hour on a Friday noon and was not disappointed by my shakeburger ($9.20 for single party, $12.70 for double patty) and shack stack ($14.30).
Particularly enjoyed the contrast in texture of the shack stack, with the crispy fried portobello mushroom stacked on top of a tender, juicy beef patty, blending together so well with the melted cheese. Not forgetting my favorite side to get - crinkle-cut fries doused with rich, liquid(y) cheese ($5.90).
I have to say the Shake Shack in Singapore (unlike other franchieses) cuts it close to the outlets in the US. Price point is not heavily marked up as well.
Don't think this I would wait more than 2 hours, but if you do, I have to say it's worth it. Tip: Come before 12pm on a weekday, the wait it roughly 30-60 minutes depending how luck you are with the queue.
