Chicken and mushroom have always been one of my favourite combinations, as they pair wonderfully together. Hence, when I saw that they offered this dish at Mad for Garlic, I knew that I had to try it out. This hearty entrée possessed a velvety creaminess from the stock, and earthy essence from the mushrooms. Crispy at the edges, the chicken thigh fillet was perfectly grilled to give a nice golden glaze.

It was pretty spicy as there was Jalapeño infused in the risotto. Personally, I felt that the spiciness could have been toned down to make it less numbing, as the attention was diverted away from the true flavours of the dish. I also expected the garlic taste to be more prominent.

Notably, the other pasta dishes are prettyyy spicy. Do take note of the spiciness level before ordering any of them!

We love how it's extremely well-marinated with a smoky fire grilled taste! The succulent chargrilled meat coupled with the melt-in-your-mouth fatty parts were just simply divine 😍 We relished every single rib - probably one of the best we have tried.
There's also an accompanying side of mashed soft warm mashed potatoes and seasonal greens to go along with the meat! What a heavenly combination ☺️

Alternating between light airy mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked sponge lagers, this delightful dessert is a perfect end to any meal 😍 The top was sprinkled with a generous portion of cocoa powder, which combined nicely with the moist spongy chocalatey goodness below. We paired this with the raspberry and mango sauce at the side, which was sweet and citrusy at the same time! Definitely took our tastebuds by surprise 😁
This dessert is on the pricey side though, and I wish that it could be slightly cheaper 😅
