Alternating between light airy mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked sponge lagers, this delightful dessert is a perfect end to any meal ๐Ÿ˜ The top was sprinkled with a generous portion of cocoa powder, which combined nicely with the moist spongy chocalatey goodness below. We paired this with the raspberry and mango sauce at the side, which was sweet and citrusy at the same time! Definitely took our tastebuds by surprise ๐Ÿ˜

This dessert is on the pricey side though, and I wish that it could be slightly cheaper ๐Ÿ˜…
