Tried the burrito because my eating companion was trying the tacos. Pretty good overall — the most impressive part was that it didn’t leak because the tortilla was so solid and crispy without being too crusty 😩 It was a generous heaping portion, though the beef was an actual patty instead of being chunks or sliced? Comes with a side of chips and tomato salsa.

PS: For BB users coming during lunch, the lunch deal is approx the same price (with drink) because their ala carte soft drinks are $4.

Came straight back here after lunch last week to try out the salmon bowl. Recommended for you if you enjoy creamy, melting bites of salmon over rice mixed with egg. 😭

You ever hear someone describe something as light but flavourful? Until this bowl of soup, I never really believed in that balance. One of my absolute faves: the rice noodles are smooth, the beef balls have a bounce to it while still retaining the texture, and the slices of beef are cooked in your steaming hot soup while you make your way back to the table.

S$9.80 set (incl. $1 barley drink - thick and sweet). Had to try this out cause they just opened! Good balance of the sweet-tangy sauce over the grilled chicken, perfect when paired with rice. Though a native Filipino tried this and said it’s nothing like the adobo chicken they make back home, this stands well on its own. Loved the egg as well — it was light enough to offset the flavouring of the sauce. Might order again if I return 👌🏻

So, so worth it. Packed with ingredients and flavour, this bowl of spicy lor mee will turn up a different scoop of food every time you go in for another bite.
