The alternative experience is a 7 - course delight, which includes items such as parmesan cheese sticks with neef mayo, foie gras creme brulee, mini burger, steak main and chocolate lava cake as dessert!

Was a very delightful meal and worth the price especially with the burpple 1-for-1 beyond deal.

Add ons are v affordable too! Truffle fries only cost $5!

This bowl basically contained all my favourite foods! Wagyu beef, foie gras, onsen egg, uni and caviar.

Every part was rather well executed, but the uni wasnt the freshest, and was definitely expecting more when im paying $100 for a bowl!

Regardless, was a good dish overall :)

The steak was well executed and seasoned! It is worth it for its price and cut! Was tender and juicy.

The sides tasted good too, although i wish it would come with biggee portions!

The steak was seasoned well and cooked to medium rare as requested! Tender and not overly chewy, just the way I like it.

Fries were crispy and nicely salted too, overall a very satisfying meal!

This hei rice was my favourite, with an incredible wok hei and tender beef slices! The egg also complemented the dish really well.

The ricotta pankcake was also really good, but you should share it as it might get quite gelat

Was a good dish overall, loved the sauce! However, the beef was slightly on the chewy/tough side, and i prefer cuts that are less tough.

Steak was well executed, although there could have been more seasoning and better rendering of fat. But still a very decent piece for its price!

Dusk is a place to dine at with fantastic views!

The sous vide beef was seasoned really well, but my only complain would be that it was slightly chewy and was served slightly cold.

Lychee martini: was great! It was served with smoke emitting from the drink due to nitrogen so that added to the fun factor too
