Japanese buffets are usually when I get my sashimi fix, and Iām glad to report that the spread at Shin Minori definitely satisfied that craving. Featuring over 150 items to pick from, youāll be spoilt for choice. My favorites included the sashimi, interesting makis, deep-fried shishamo, soft shell crab and grilled skewers. Come down during lunch and youāll even get to enjoy 1-for-1 on their buffet with #BurppleBeyond! What a steal! š
For a family-friendly buffet, The Square is the place to go as it offers a good mix of Western, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine to fit the diverse taste buds. The Japanese section is usually the same (fresh seafood and sushi), but the Western and Chinese dishes changes seasonally so you'll always be having something different! Prices are a little steep, but my family comes here often for its regular credit card promotions and variety of food.
Snag a seat at one of the long tables here for your next team dinner! Spend your tummy space and the 90-minute time limit gorging on the ultra rich and yummy bacon and chicken slices. At $25.90 per pax, the buffet is great value for money, especially with 1-for-1 on Burpple Beyond.

For mookata that hits the sweet spot, try the Buffet (from $29.80) here. It comes with your standard marinated meats, and you can get the salted egg soup for a change from your usual tom yum and chicken soups. Desserts steal the showā think do-it-yourself pandan waffles, mango sticky rice and more.
Enjoy 1-for-1 here with Burpple Beyond!

Come here hungry and try something from each menu as you may find some hidden gems youād never think you try!! and with burrple beyond itās really worth itš
The sashimi slices are super generous and quite fresh but as like most japanese places i donāt recommend the maguro but the yellowtail/swordfish/salmon/cuttlefish/octopus were all pretty decent. The sushi rolls are generally quite good as well but for some of them the sauces can be abit too overpowering.
Other recs: pumpkin chawamushi, black pepper chicken yakitori, garlic pork belly yakitori, fried chicken cartilage, clam miso soup
