Basic salad in caesar dressing that was refreshing as a starter. And yeap, salad is the only type of vegetables u eat 🤭

Mentaiko Cheese Lobster Pasta
Our only complain for this dish is that the serving of pasta is too little 😅 Lobster is HUGE as you can see and very meaty! Meat can be easily pulled out from the shell 🤤

Dessert Platter
Flavours from this platter - sweet from the cake and ice cream; bitter - from the mochi; and sour from the strawberries!

Lovetini Cocktail
Vodka, Lychee Liquer and Fraise. Honestly not sure what this drink was but it was sure a drink that accompanies the meal well!

We choped our v day dinner with chope so we didn't have to queue 🤭

It has texture similar to "egg mayo" but much saltier and more mashed.

I started from the savory drawer first and what i liked in the drawer was the "House made Duck Rillette l Garlic Mustard l Rye Bread". Honestly I don't know what I was eating but it definitely tasted great 🤣 The "Abalone l Braised Leek l Mashed Potato Tart" was worth a mention too. I enjoyed the tart but felt that the last bite with the Abalone was weird 😅

Next up I had the Scones that were buttery and crumbly, i love it! Their Homemade Lemon Curd went really well with the Scone. 😋

By the time i started on the sweets, i have ready felt full or should i say overwhelmed. I only had a few types and decided to call it a day 😅 What i enjoyed was "Rose l Strawberries Choux". It was so sourish and refreshing that it kinda takes away the overwhelming feeling!

Overall, I would say it was a great experience for me and my tastebuds! 🤙💲50/pax

😆 Really enjoyed the base tier of this set. Their savoury delights were bomb af. My favourites were parma ham melon crostini and avocado prawn watercress and walnuts. Both dishes were flavourful in different levels, the sweetness and saltiness combines into one which blew my tastebuds away. A pity that the afternoon tea set were not refillable if not I would be spam eating both items. On the middle tier, my favourite was the butterscotch cheesecake with pumpkin chantilly. Didn't particularly like the others because I'm not a fan of fruity flavours on cakes. Lastly, at the top tier, pistachio choux tree was the visual winner. This set costs $88++ for 2 pax.

The sauce we went for was Zesty Garlic Butter! Plastic apron was given to protect your clothes from the splatter and no cutleries are allowed (only hands can be used)! No regrets for this expensive and sinful meal though. We loved how garlic-ky (alot of garlic) and spicy the sauce was and how it went so well with the Seafood. Thank you Kae for cracking the Crab's to give Jae the Crabmeat. Jae also did her part to deshell the Prawns!
