It has texture similar to "egg mayo" but much saltier and more mashed.
I started from the savory drawer first and what i liked in the drawer was the "House made Duck Rillette l Garlic Mustard l Rye Bread". Honestly I don't know what I was eating but it definitely tasted great 🤣 The "Abalone l Braised Leek l Mashed Potato Tart" was worth a mention too. I enjoyed the tart but felt that the last bite with the Abalone was weird 😅
Next up I had the Scones that were buttery and crumbly, i love it! Their Homemade Lemon Curd went really well with the Scone. 😋
By the time i started on the sweets, i have ready felt full or should i say overwhelmed. I only had a few types and decided to call it a day 😅 What i enjoyed was "Rose l Strawberries Choux". It was so sourish and refreshing that it kinda takes away the overwhelming feeling!
Overall, I would say it was a great experience for me and my tastebuds! 🤙💲50/pax
