A rustic and homely traditional korean noodle dish.
The one that they served in Bonchon is accompanied with a noodle with the texture between a ramen and an udon. It is just a little thinner than udon but you still get the springy bite into the noodle that leaves you satisfied. Having a whole bowl of Jjajang(which is made out of black bean paste) might leave you feeling abit #jelak but the sliced cucumbers gives it a refreshing taste.

At Daebak, they dont serve on hotstone so it feels like you are eating a bowl of salad with rice. Remember to toss your ingredients with the sauce thorougly if not you will feel bland at one bite and salty at another.

A very authentic and humble korean stall tucked away in the corner of wilkie edge.

This is certainly a warmth and homely korean dish that many koreans will enjoy. Although it looks totally pitch black, but it has lots going on in it. A black bean base dish with potato and french onions sauteed in it with chunks of chicken meat. You could add spice to it for another dimension of taste to it. The fresh cucumber topped with it gives it a crunchy texture and refreshing taste
