Jjajangmyeon-
A rustic and homely traditional korean noodle dish.
The one that they served in Bonchon is accompanied with a noodle with the texture between a ramen and an udon. It is just a little thinner than udon but you still get the springy bite into the noodle that leaves you satisfied. Having a whole bowl of Jjajang(which is made out of black bean paste) might leave you feeling abit #jelak but the sliced cucumbers gives it a refreshing taste.
