Been here thrice and I love the food (and the extensive menu) here! The most recent set meal I’ve ordered, Steak Moriawase Set ($56.80) was greatly satisfying given the amount of food that came in the set. There are three cuts of meat in this platter and all tastes great with the sauce pairing (I chose Yuzu Pepper and Ponzu). I preferred the Wagyu and the Canadian Sangenton Pork more, so I would definitely order those sets during my next visit!

Be sure to order Ama Sake Cocktail ($5) too, it’s a very refreshing drink, not overly sweet and contains less than 0.5% alcohol! I tried White Peach flavour one, will be back to try the rest!

Perfectly grilled salted perch, juicy and chunky meat, and very easy to debone. This meal is 100% worth the long queue! Love the portion given, and the soft and moist rice in the set! Hot tea is provided as well.

Salmon Mentai Don was pretty good, but I find the sauce was quite salty. Bf ordered Unagi Tama Don ($8.80) and he loves it, unagi was cooked perfectly. Tbh I also preferred the Unagi Tama Don more.

We also got the Donya Maki ($5.80) to share. It was a pretty good dinner 👍🏻

The Sushi Bar exceeded all expectations. They have best chirashi don I have tried so far in Singapore. They were very generous with the amount of sashimi given unlike other places. 11/10 WOULD EAT AGAIN.

[Burpple Beyond] Priced at $17, and given the generous portions of cubed salmon and scallop, I can see why the Arburi Scallop Salmon Don is the most popular on the menu.

The heavenly truffle oil aroma hits me once the bowl was place in front of me. And with every scoop, it’s like an explosion of flavours in the mouth.

Definitely coming back again to try other dons on the menu, although, I might just get the same don again. 🙂♥️

Super fresh succulent oysters unlike anything we’ve ever tried. We chanced upon this promotion and it turned out to be exceptionally good. I think this promotion is only for the month of April, so head there soon!

Boyfriend liked this grilled duck breast & Foie Gras with black truffle egg don a lot, while I find the foie gras a little gamey.

Restaurant has great ambience and provided hot towels when we were waiting for our food. Highly recommended!

Perfect comfort food for a rainy day. It’s a little bit pricey for the portion given, but I wanted to eat something light for dinner.

Absolutely tender and succulent pork loin with crispy breaded skin — a must try item at Imakatsu! This dish surprised me as most of the katsu we had outside always has dry and overcooked meat on the inside. Dip the katsu in the wasabi and let the flavours explode in your mouth!

Shall revisit their newly opened The Salted Plum, hopefully they still have this on their menu!

Pretty tender and juicy sirloin steak. A little on the pricey side, but overall still a satisfying meal as the portion given was huge.
