I love CHEWY udon and MENTAI and this was that. So yes, of course I'd like this. Could've had a stronger mentaiko flavour though. It didn't get jelat for me at all, and overall I think it's a nice dish that'll satisfy most people's stomachs. Nothing mind blowing, but yummy enough!

7/10 would recommend.

P.S. Came during lunchtime on a weekday. They have various lunch sets which come with a limited choice of drinks. Price might not be accurate, can't really remember lol.

Actually, we got this for free, so yay. They're running a promo whereby you get a choice of half a mentai, miso or yuzu lobster with every 10 plates ordered which we pleasantly found out about when we went there for the National Day $1++ per plate promo (with >53 plates ordered).

The sauces were lightly torched, albeit not evenly as can be seen in the photo. The mentai one was good (Love. Mentai.) and definitely would go for this over the other two choices. The miso and yuzu sauces did have hints of the respective but were a little too salty for our liking even when eaten together with the lobster. As for the lobster itself, it wasn't too bad. It's not gonna be great quality stuff, but I mean, it's overall worth trying at this price.

5/10 would recommend.

I love and crave bara chirashi ALL the time and this is definitely one of my go-tos to satisfy those cravings. Love the fat chunks of sashimi tossed in their shoyu marinade and especially the grated wasabi. Very good pricing as they are generous with the sashimi. The ION outlet is great as they allow customisation of their bowls; otherwise they do have outlets scattered islandwide and they do delivery too.

9/10 would recommend.
