Lina has very quickly become my favourite kuih spot - mostly because it's just across from work and the Aunty there always just tells me which one to buy (she knows I only want the ones that were just made).
These little steamed cakes make a delightful mid afternoon snack. The coconut tops have a saltiness that so well complements and brings out the sweetness of the pandan base. Light, fluffy and such a treat!

Absolute looove for the AKK here! We bought a number of flavours and were not at all disappointed 😍 Shared this with my dad and was delighted to discover such soft and springy dough when we pulled it apart!! 😋
