Healthier drink alternative to your usual bbt, which also aids in digestion. Always my fav drink place in CBD not only because of the good quality, but also the very friendly staff. When I ordered a topping to my drink, the owner at the cashier offered to reduce the sugar level of my drink. He also recommended other toppings to us.

The lemongrass kombucha is very light, can’t really taste the lemongrass fragrance. I’m trying the lemongrass kombucha for the first time after having the hibiscus twice. The latter is still my favourite.

My favourite healthier choice bakery. Loved how they offer both sweet and savoury choices, while taking care of the healthy aspect of it. They also used food as natural colouring for their buns.

Will always pop by here to grab a few buns whenever I’m in Suntec!

You can't find your all-time favourite pearls and bubble tea here, cos Teabrick's concept is to go healthy with the rise in popularity of bubble tea in Singapore. They offer innovative and healthy drink selections and toppings - from their signature kombucha to snow fungus and goji berries toppings! As you walk in, you can definitely tell that they homemade their drinks and toppings.

If you really want to get a drink after lunch but you're bored of Old Tea Hut or Koi/Gongcha is too fattening after lunch, go for something healthier like Teabrick's home-crafted drinks!

Loved that the brown rice was warm when served, and there was a generous serving of salmon cubes. The ratio of ingredients were just right, and what's cool is that the wasabi is hidden in the soy sauce that is between the salmon cubes and the egg.

Large chunks of lightly marinated salmon cubes canopied the chewy, sweet Japanese rice. A simple yet exquisite dish favoured by many. The shiok-ness of putting one salmon chunk with half a spoonful of Japanese rice into your mouth at once - that texture, keeps me wanting more. (Even though I had the large bowl).

It's my first time trying Simply Wrapps simply because I don't spend too much money on too little portions. A healthy, light and decent burrito with greens and flaky grilled chicken, with some light dressing beneath, all in a huge wrap. (I LOVE WRAPS)

The cappuccino was surprisingly good; nutty flavour without too strong the milk nor coffee taste. But the caffeine did not work on me ):

New to the menu! The bread layers were toasted warm and crisp, with a slice of cheese, a ring of pineapple and slices of fresh greens atop a thin pre-fried piece of patty, lastly topped with a squeeze of chilled teriyaki sauce. A relatively refreshing taste and this filled me up for the next 3-4 hours.

Large salmon chunks well-cooked (not overcooked) were served with torched cheese and a dash of ebiko over it. Luckily had the salad to neutralise the heaviness of the cheese, otherwise it could be too gelat after mouthfuls and mouthfuls of the very yummy salmon chunks.

Choice of base: salad / Japanese rice / brown rice
Choice of main: cooked - cheesu salmon / yakiniku /
Raw - salmon / tuna

Size: snack $7.90 / regular $10.90 / overflow $11.90
(Lunch time: regular $8.90 / overflow $9.90)

The bowl was supposedly $15 including a shot of espresso ($3) which should cost up to $18 only but I have no idea why I paid $19??????? Well, food was decent... but I would never understand why healthy food is tagged at such a high price when it is to be encouraged 🙃

Tried this new item on the menu and it was sooo good I slurped it within 10 minutes! I love taro but this doesn't have a strong taro taste; the taste seems to be psychologically there. I'd advise to get less sweet cos the drink itself is quite sweet to begin with.

New on the menu, this charcoal soba caught my attention. It was served with white fish which came in a huge portion (larger than I expected) but was disappointing as the fish was overcooked and hence too dry. However, the seasoning was what made it special - it had a Vietnamese/Thai flavour to it and was topped with an 'achar' of pineapple and onions tossed in mixed sauce. It's worth a try, but I wouldn't go for a second time cos the overcooked & dry white fish was rather disappointing );

While there are a variety of Japanese-Korean fusion bowls from meaty, seafood and even vegan options, you can also choose to build your own bowl from $8 onwards. I had salmon with white rice topped with onsen egg because they ran out of brown rice. 😭😭 This bowl cost me $10 with a really small piece of salmon. But the free-flow sauces like BBQ mayo and Yuzu miso sauce were really interesting and yummy. Overall it was really nice!
